Nissin Seifun Kotsuno Iranai Tempura Flour is used for making deliciously light and crispy tempura. It is agreat flour for making authentic Japanese vegetables, seafood, or meats tempura.

How to Cook:

  1. Combine 120g of this flour with 200cc of water until smooth.
  2. No need for eggs or cold water.
  3. Dip seafood or vegetables into the batter, then deep-fry them at a temperature between 170 and 180 degrees.
  4. Be careful not to overcook.
