No, currently we only provide shipping services within Peninsular and East Malaysia.
You have the option to choose between:

a) Standard Delivery, where your purchased goods will be delivered right to your doorstep.

b) Click&Carry is a convenient service that enables you to collect your purchased goods from our Concierge located on the 3rd Floor of Highstreet, 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

c) Curbside Pickup is a convenient service that allows you to drive through our designated collection point located at 1 Utama Shopping Centre’s New Wing Lobby (beside Michael Kors) to pick up your purchased goods.

d) Swift Delivery is a dedicated service for grocery shopping, ensuring that you receive your purchased goods either on the same day or the next day. Only available for addresses within a 12km radius from 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

e) Food Delivery is a dedicated service for Food Delivery orders where your Food & Beverage order will be delivered right to your doorstep. Only available for addresses within a 6km radius from 1 Utama Shopping Centre.
Click&Carry is a complimentary service exclusively available to ONESHOP customers, offering the convenience of shopping online and the option to pick up your purchased item(s) at your own convenience from 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Simply collect your online purchases at the Concierge located on the 3rd Floor of Highstreet, 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

Additionally, as a ONECARD member, you can enjoy a parking waiver for the first FOUR (4) hours upon order collection. To avail the parking waiver, kindly tap your ONECARD upon entering the carpark and present your ONECARD for redemption. Please note that if you have used a parking ticket to enter the carpark, the parking waiver will not be applicable. Any additional parking charges beyond the first FOUR (4) hours will be borne by the customer.

It's important to note that each Click&Carry order is entitled to ONE (1) parking waiver, and the waiver is not applicable at The Club, Centrepoint, and 1TechPark parking areas. If the purchased item(s) are not collected within seven (7) working days, the order may be subject to cancellation. In such cases, a refund will be provided after deducting transaction charges, bank fees, and other related costs incurred by ONESHOP.
Curbside Pickup is a convenient and complimentary service tailored to enhance your online shopping experience. By selecting this option, you can avoid the hassle of finding parking, especially during peak periods and festive season. Simply drive to the New Wing Lobby located beside Michael Kors at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, and our porters will bring your online purchases directly to your car. You won't even need to step out of your vehicle!
The Swift Delivery method is available for addresses within a 12km radius from 1 Utama Shopping Centre. For orders placed before 3:00pm, delivery will be made on the same day before 8:00 pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be delivered the next day starting from 12:00 pm onwards. Please note that specific delivery time selection is not available, as the delivery time will be determined based on the order placement time.
ONESHOP Food Delivery is a F&B delivery service provided by 1 Utama Shopping Centre in collaboration with our mall's F&B restaurants. This service enables everyone to enjoy a diverse range of food and beverages offered by 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

a) Where does ONESHOP Food Delivery delivers to? ONESHOP Food Delivery only covers addresses within a 6km radius from 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

b) How long will the delivery take? Delivery typically takes approximately 40 minutes to 80 minutes. Please note that for bulk orders, we may require additional time to ensure the order is prepared and delivered to you.

c) What are the operating hours of ONESHOP's Food Delivery Service? Our delivery service is available daily from 11am to 7pm at the moment.

d) What is the minimum order requirement? There is no minimum order requirement for all restaurants.

e) How does ONESHOP Food Delivery Service work? When you place an order through ONESHOP's Food Delivery, our team will review your order and forward it to the restaurant. Once the restaurant prepares your order, our team will deliver it to you.

f) How do I know if my order has been successful? You will receive an order confirmation email from ONESHOP, which will include the details of the items you have selected. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed.

g) How do I track my meal? Our porter will reach out to you via WhatsApp upon delivery. If your meals do not arrive at your location within the stipulated time, please contact us at +6016-228 1890, and we will promptly rectify the matter for you.

h) How much does it cost to order from ONESHOP Food Delivery Service? The total cost of your order includes the price of the menu items as well as a delivery fee.

i) What are the payment methods for ONESHOP Food Delivery Service? ONESHOP Food Delivery accepts a variety of payment methods, including Debit/Credit Cards (VISA and MasterCard), Online Banking as well as 1PAY.
We offer free shipping for orders above RM150.00 for Peninsular Malaysia and orders above RM250.00 for East Malaysia. However, for orders below RM150.00 in Peninsular Malaysia and below RM250.00 in East Malaysia, a delivery cost of RM10 and RM30 respectively will be charged for standard delivery.

Please note that fragile items, bulky items, promotional items, or special deals that require special delivery, are not eligible for free shipping. Please refer to the individual product details for more information.

Alternatively, you can also choose the Click&Carry option at the Concierge located on the 3rd Floor Highstreet of 1 Utama Shopping Centre, which is free of charge and has no minimum purchase amount.
If possible, please be available or arrange for someone else to be present at your delivery address around the estimated date of delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery: The courier will attempt delivery again based on their re-delivery policies. However, if the item(s) still cannot be delivered to you after few attempts, the item(s) will be returned to us. In such case, we will refund the amount you paid for the purchase after deducting any costs and expenses incurred in the attempts to re-deliver the item(s) to you.
Yes, ONESHOP offers express delivery via our Swift Delivery, which is available for addresses within a 12km radius from 1 Utama Shopping Centre. With this delivery option, grocery orders placed before 3pm daily will be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 3pm will be delivered on the next day.
Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking code will be sent to you via email (subject: Notice of Delivery). You can track the delivery status by clicking on the link provided in the same email.

Note: Please be advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the courier service to update the status of your parcel in their database.
For Peninsular Malaysia, the delivery lead time is 3-5 working days. For East Malaysia, the delivery lead time is 7-14 working days. In the case of electronic vouchers or e-gift card, they are delivered immediately to your mailbox upon completing the checkout process.
No, we do not currently offer Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
